Cool Breeze Pastries is a cottage bakery based in Cool, California. All baked goods are made in a home kitchen that is inspected by Placer County Environmental Health on a regular basis.​

Delivery/Meeting Policy

• Our baked goods are hand delivered at a time and place agreed on by the bakery and baked goods recipients.

• If you are unable to make your pickup time, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

• Orders we can't deliver due to a missed scheduled window may be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, unless baking has already begun.

• Because all items are made to order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once production has started.

• If there is an issue with your order (missing or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup so we can make it right.

Product Information & Allergens

• All baked goods are made in a kitchen that may process wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and other allergens.

• Ingredient details are available upon request.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and managing personal food allergies.

Pricing & Availability

• Prices and menu items are subject to change without notice.

• Seasonal or limited-edition flavors may rotate.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time.

• By placing an order or subscribing through our website, you may choose to receive text message (SMS) updates related to:

• Order confirmations and pickup reminders

• Occasional marketing messages, promotions, or product updates may be sent. Please reply STOP if you don't want to continue receiving messages.

• We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your phone number with third parties.
